Pool time with the cousins...

Today we went to Mesquite Water Park in Chandler with Auntie Tamiko and cousins Alex, Kiriko and Kimiye and Auntie Debbie and cousin Joshy. The kids had lots of fun with the two waterslides. Keegan went down one time and one time only, I don't think that he realized how fast he would go and it scared the living daylights out of him when he splashed into the water. Two female lifeguards tried to talk him into getting back into the water so they could take him to the side of the pool and he would not budge. Which in itself if very surprising, because he has a way with the "ladies" and he just stood there staring at them all quiet. Auntie Tamiko (or as Kassidy calls her, "Sumi" after Auntie Sumiko...sorry Tamiko, I know how much that must hurt!) had to come to his rescue and boy did he clutch his arms and legs around her body! There's also a lazy river that in which the kids sat in inner tubes...Keegan and Kaden LOVED it! There's also a play structure that has slides for toddlers, water cannons, spray nozzles, and what is simply known as “The Bucket” at the top of the structure. Water continuously fills the giant six-foot tall, 752-gallon blue bucket, causing it to tip over approximately every two minutes and dump water down a ramp onto the play area below.

With all that happened today, the kids went down within 5 minutes of their heads hitting their pillows...here are some pictures of my sleeping angels (a term that I use very loosely when speaking about the boys...ha ha ha).
