Keegan's Kindergarten Recital

Keegan's Kindergarten class had a recital a few weeks ago. This required Keegan to be still, not goof off and sing every word to the songs...he did great (which surprised Brian and I)! He wore his Sunday clothes and didn't even play with his tie!

Keegan didn't have any problem transitioning from Arizona to Utah, he really thrived and had such a great time! He LOVED his Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Wood. I think he liked her so much because she was like a second mother to him (the nicer one...ha ha ha!). I did receive a phone call from her one day letting me know that he was goofing off while they were supposed to be studying. Then he thought he could get up and wander into the hallway, don't know why, but he thought he could do it. So, she told me that she put him in time out and when she came back to talk to him, there were 6 candy wrappers on the table next to him. She asked him if he had taken candy out of her candy jar and he told her "no". She then asked him where did the wrappers come from and he said he didn't know. So, she wanted to get my permission to punish him by not letting him play at recess the next day. I told her absolutely, if he lied to her, then he should deal with the consequences. Lets just say he never lied to her again, he loves his recess way too much!!
