Tamiko and her family came and visited us in Cedar City this past weekend. Although they were only here a couple of days, it was so nice to catch up on what's going on in each others lives and the kids had a great time playing with each other. We watched movies, played games (have to watch Yoshi's every move when playing games with him...he cheats!) and ate good food (well, my lasagna didn't turn out as planned...note to self: remember to set timer THEN get kids ready). Dad was happy to see all of us girls together again...wish that Tamiko lived closer so we could see each other more often!
Really, we were having a good time, just totally engrossed in the movie, "UP".

Kids sitting down to dinner. As you can tell by Keegan, Kaden and Kimiye's expressions, they were not excited about eating the kalua pork and rice. When they found out that Ayumi was making a Texas sheet cake, they ate most of their dinner...bribing gets you pretty much anywhere, especially with kids that love sweets!
