Brian was gone over Father's Day Weekend, which was a bummer for the kids, but we decided to make his favorite strawberry cake with cream cheese filling. All the kids had turns cracking eggs, mixing the cake mix with a hand held mixer, eating strawberries while I wasn't looking, dipping their strawberries/fingers/spoons while I wasn't looking...they just had a ball and were so proud of themselves that they were going to make daddy very happy!!
After Brian came home, we went shopping and bought him clothes for work AND ate LOTS of cake!!
